Praxis Shop in Berlin Opening Times for Spring 2025
Late winter and spring 2025 we open the Praxis Shop in Berlin to the public on Fridays 4-7pm.
We’re back with fixed opening times at the little Praxis Store in Berlin:
Every Friday afternoon/early evening we’re open from 4-7pm. You can visit without an appointment and browse our selection of records, books, magazines, t-shirts and more.
You can also pre-order via our WEB SHOP and simply pick up your order.
A bit of background: Christoph Fringeli founded the Praxis label in London in 1992. Besides our label activities we have organised events and have distributed and sold our own and other’s productions. We were also closely involved in the underground distribution networks with like-minded labels and activists since the 90s.
We were also involved in record store projects in London, Basel and Berlin.
Online and physical store
Since the spring of 2005 we’ve been running a professional online shop specialising in hard electronic dance music as well as subversive literature and other countercultural goods.
In Berlin we ran stores in collaboration with Tricky Tunes (2007-2009) in Mainzer Straße, after that at Cagliostro (2009-2011), then together with Yaya23 (2013-2018) at Lenbachstraße. Finally in 2019-2021 we were a part of Disconnect (with Yaya and Haedre).
Currently we run our store related activities from our small storage unit at Weidenweg 45 in Berlin-Friedrichshain. For the time being we have very limited opening times.
You are welcome to come an pick up orders by appointment or just swing by on a Friday afternoon (4-7pm). You can browse our selection and listen to records. We’re currently making the place more welcoming to customers and turn it into go-to source for radical electronic dance music, experimental noise and hard to find literature in Berlin.
